Exactly, I don’t think any of these people get the point. For every dog breed there is a dog waiting for a home. It’s like people who wear fur; they want to be elite. Any mutt can be a great dog and there are so many pure breed dogs for adoption. I was fortunate enough to adopt a full blooded border collie. However, even if she wasn’t – I would have loved her anyway.

I think it’s the whole idea behind best in show that is sick. even if these dogs are bred “professionally” and not in puppy mills it’s still a sick thing to do. Breed animals for no other real benefit then appearance as though they are not real live creatures that have physical or emotional feelings.
Breeding certain breeds that have features that inherently make it harder for the dog to move around, breathe, etc is wrong imo.

PETA does the right thing by being the voice of animals but you need to know WHERE and WHEN to speak up. Not here. Becoz here ppl are responsible and it’s not a bad thing that they uphold pure breeds. U wanna give mutts a chance, then sterilise street dogs, educate people on responsible ownership and bring down puppy mills.

  8. LADYEV2 says:

Peta need to seen there employees to the puppy mills who mate father with daughter, mother mate with son and son mate with sister. Only one thought there is no cameras at the puppy mills for Peta to be film for free advertising.

  9. kagaminerinxx says:

Oh PETA, please shut up and educate yourselves. These people are -not- the irresponsible breeders that are filling shelters with unwanted dogs. They are breeding for healthy, happy dogs and many many proceeds go to furthering research for canine diseases. What we need to stop are the uneducated back yard breeders who breed for money or fun and not the good of the breed!

  10. thexcoreissilent says:

More slaves to the PETA band wagon, they kill more animals yearly than any other shelters in the nation, open your eyes you PETA fanatics, they are loonie! They believe having animals in captivity is wrong! Give your head a shake!

  11. AstronomyGuru1 says:

Instead of buying a purebred dog go to a shelter and rescue a dog that really needs a home. High dollar purebred dogs are status symbols for most people. You don’t even have to go to a breeder for a purebred. Retired racing greyhounds and other breed specific rescues offer purebred dogs that need homes. Don’t buy a dog, adopt a dog.

    GO PETA XD

  13. combatvetlawstudent says:

    amen!

  14. kenzoandhanzo says:

Yes you are so right! The best breeders on the contrary are against the puppy mill and this woman should go protest to puppy mills and the best is to close all those puppy mills and sue them!

  15. rubyelement16 says:

i agree they are pathetic how are they ruining shelter dogs chances. The responsible breeders want the next generation of healthy puppies. wtf is wrong with them.

  18. SCWahoo says:

The chicks that are protesting are PATHETIC.

I suggest they get a husband or a job or otherwise find some legitimate cause to prance around at other than one in which they harass productive individuals who pump a money into the economy and help make our canine companions healthier.

  19. TheStacyFace says:

Research is your friend. I’m fairly sure if you do a basic Google search it’s in black & white.

  20. combatvetlawstudent says:

blame the puppy mills not the best breeders who breed the best dogs and use great caution who they sell dogs too. THEIR dogs are not inshelters but puppy millers and dogs from unfixed dogs are!!! figure it out!

  21. combatvetlawstudent says:

THEY SHOULD GO PROTEST TO PUPPY MILLS

  22. combatvetlawstudent says:

IT IS REALLY IGNORANT TO SAY THE BEST BREEDERS OF THE WORLD ARE TO BLAME FOR UNWANTED DOGS IN SHLETERS THAT ARE ABANDONED DUE TO POOR BREEDING, TEMPERAMENT ISSUES, BAD SELLING AND BUYING FROM PUPPY MILLS OF POOR BRED DOGS. tHE TOP BREEDERS OF HTE WORLD DO not SELL TO IRRESPONSIBLE BREEDING. iT IS HARD TO EVEN GET THEIR DOGS AND RARELY EVER NOT ON SPAY CONTRACTS.

Please stop replying to yourself on Youtube using false accounts, and then thumbing them down with other accounts. We really can see you. Dig that pizza van outside your house with the oversized satellite dish on top? That’s us.

And stop typing out your blogs in Wordpad before talking at the internet. We can see that too.
